Methimazole and what else???

I am currently on Methimazole for Toxic Multinodular Goiter. I am obviously hyperthyroid from a couple of hot nodules. I am unable to get radiodine (the reason why is a long story), and I am very concerned about my appearance as far as my neck growing bigger and bigger.
In my hoping to slow down my goiter in my neck from getting any bigger, in addition to methimazole, are there any foods that might be good for me to avoid, or else that might be good to add to the diet?
I have seen this question asked many times in the internet, but never answered.
I would be very grateful if you could address this question.

The key is to avoid excessive iodine intake.  The alternative to radioactive iodine would be surgery.  This would be particularly important if the goiter is continuing to grow, the doses of methimazole are escalating or there is a side effect due to the methimazole.

It is terrible that the FDA does NOT require foods to list how much iodine is in them when it comes to food labeling. Someone should lobby in Washington, DC for us patients.
Iodine only has to be listed if it is ADDED to the food product.
Therefore, it is a hit and miss sometimes, I am sure, when trying to avoid iodine in foods.
Thank you so much for your answer.
