No diagnosis

I have low normal tsh and t4, but I have swelling in my throat and trouble swallowing and when I turn my head I have trouble breathing.  I have a history of anxiety related chest pains, extreme weakness in legs, severe hip pain, tight muscles, swelling in arms and hands, numbness tingling in legs and feet.  ringing in my ears, blind spot in R eye, decreased blood flow to R eye (per angiogram), droopy eye, unequal pupils, ulcers in mouth,  miscarriage, heavy 9 day periods, irritability, dry scalp, thirsty, fatigue, weight gain...  When I bend over or look down I can feel "something" in my throat and it makes my ears ring louder or I go deaf.  I have seen many doctors and have had many tests that come back normal but several doctors have told me it looks like I have an auto immune disease, but nothing is clear.  Does it sound like I have an auto immune disease and if so could it be Hashimoto's? Please give me guidance if you can.  Thanks so much!

This sounds like autoimmune disease.  Not specific for thyroid but possible.  Would consider neck ultrasound or CT to determine extent/existence of goiter.  Thyroid antibodies may be of interest (TPO and Tg -- as well as TSH-Receptor antibodies which are more specific for Graves).

Low tsh can be a sign of Graves Disease, which causes eye problems and goiters like you are describing.

swelling in the throat means.....it would be goiter. I have normal T4 and TSH but I have big 2 nodules in the neck. All the syptoms which u described are related to hypothyroidism. Don't take me for sure. I am also amature in this type of problem. I am slowly learning about the thyroid. I have the goiter and I don't have any syptoms. Please chcek with an endicrinologist.
