My doctor just called me and stated that my THS level is .19.  what does this mean?  What causes this? Should I be worried.

I have a appointment with encronolgy first week in April.

i was diagnose with low thyroid 2 years ago, and had radioactive.etc.etc. then i was normal for 2 years now, then something happend   i have been on thyroid medication for almost 2 years now and all of a sudden i felt that my heart is beating fast and loosing weight. ( all the symptoms are coming back slowly.) iam afraid. and yes iam a bit high. my tsh is 0.31 and thyroxine is 23.8.is it possible to have overactive thyroid again? after 1 year of normal thyroid level? can  u please tell me what is the normal thyroid level. thank u for ur take. and thank u for having a forum like this. people like us need someone to talk to with our thyroid problems.we need support from each other. iam working in europe right now. and they are not as aware like we do back home in america. thyroid problem is not recognize in iceland!they just bruss u off, and ignore the symptoms, thats why this wedsite is very important to me.soon i will be home, but for now. i need all the support i can get from u guys. thank u in advance.TM

It may mean the thyroid is a little overactive.  No cause for alarm at this point -- first week of april is a good time to repeat the thyroid labs and order additional labs to sort out the situation.

hey guys back surgery done last friday , was feeling real good after . had constipation after surgery , had a very bad passing out episode after mom gave me 3 laxatives docs cant explian whaat happend. dehydrated , feeling very ill after that . drinking and stuff today feel better . doc took the whole thyroid looked suspicious , had app. today . now he says what he said was a single nodule was multi goiter , and what he thought looked like cancer also wasnt . my qs for the doc or any one every had the story completly change after? gave me .100 mg of synthroid i dont do weel with pills( heart condition mvp) was wondering if this drug usualy does ok. have to start it soon.i guess since they know my condition it is safe?kg
