TSH, T3 and T4 levels

Dr. Lupo,
New here. A little history.  Was diagnosed with Hashimotos in 91. Over last 4 yrs. have had Synthroid increases. Last couple sets of Test results I have had have suggested that I am subclinical hyper-thyroid even though at first I
didn't feel like it .    January 09 test results were:

F-T4   1.49
T-T3    1.17
TSH    0.03
F-T3     2.7

T-3's at lower end of reference ranges.

In June dosage reduced to .125.

In Oct. 09:
F-T4     1.42
TSH     0.050
Family Phys. didn't order T-3's at that time.

If my dosage is lowered even more to raise TSH , that will drop my T-4 even lower and I am thinking at this point I am not converting enough T-4 to T-3. Am I correct?  Am I the type that would need to supplement T-3 also?  I am currently having hypo-type symptoms... Cold easy, chills, off and on memory problems, very tired.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.    Thank you.

Would decrease the T4 dose, normalize TSH (0.5-2.5 for most people) and recheck T3 at that time.  True conversion deficiencies are rare.

My test results today are:

FT-4  1.44
FT-3   3.2
TSH3?   0.022

I have never seen TSH written as above before. It's lower than previous while T# did go up.
Could this just be normal for me?
Thanks..

Thank you Sir.
Would being subclinical hyper due to over medication  explain the symptoms I am having?
