Thyroid blood test results

I wonder if someone could give me some advice. I have just received the results of a thyroid blood test and my doc wants me to go on Cytomel. Could anyone tell me if this is wise.

TSH 1.05 (normal 0.35-5.6)
T4 0.86 (normal range 0.60-1.65)
T3 2.4 (normal range 0.25-0.39)

Someone said that my T4 is also a bit low and it's much more typical to supplement T4 first, then wait to see if the T3 level doesn't rise as a consequence of that. T4 meds are: Synthroid, Unithroid, Levothroid, or generic levothyroxine. I would appreciate any advice.

I appreciate your help Dr Lupo. I am having chest fluttering/throbbing on a daily basis, along with anxierty, and have been for a few years. I am constantly aware of this weird sensation in my chest and I was hoping that raising the F4 and F3 would stop this as it very distressing.
