Ultasound results of UTZ thyroid gland

the results were;
right lobe  5.0x1.2x1.4 cm    left lobe  4.9x1.2x1.7 cm       Isthmus  0.2 cm
1. both lobes of the thyroid gland are withini norman in size with coarsned parenchymal echopattern.
2. there is well marginated hypoechoic focus measuring0.8x0.5x0.5 cm seen in the middle pole of the right kidney.
3. the isthmus is unremarkable.
Impression;
consider thyroid parenchymal disease, bilateral
Solid thyroid nodule, left.
What can I understand from it?  what do I suffer from?

Normal overall thyroid size. These are small nodules that can be ltypically followed over time (not sure how the "kidney" comment got in there (must be a typo)!).  Usually we would recheck ultrasound in one year and consider TPO antibody testing to see if hashimoto's is the "coarsened echopattern".
