abnormal tpa

My thyroid peroxidase antibody is 192, normal is below 35. My tsh, t4 free, t3 total, tsi are all normal. I was diagnosed with graves, extremely hyper back in 2001. I have been feeling hyper for some time and all blood work was always normal because my doc never tested the tpa. I have had a lot of neurological issues going on which I have been seeing a neuro., mainly sensory issues, muscle twitches, tingling and extreme muscle weekness is my legs, trigiminal neuralgia,  frequent urination, neuropathy. My neuro is thinking probable MS. I have no plaques in the mri scans of brain, s,t spine. What could be going on with me? IS the abnormal lab value something that could finally shed light or is it just graves? Is it hashimotos now? I have flucuated, back in the day between hyper and hypo, but attributed the hypo to being over medicated. I was NEVER hypo with out meds.. whats the deal? Please help!

If the TSH is normal, then while you do have evidence of autoimmune thyroid disease (most commonly, Hashimoto's), the thyroid status is normal, does not mandate treatment, is not the likely cause of symptoms (though a trial of levothyroxine 25-50mcg is not unreasonable in some cases) and TSH should be tested 1-2 x / year.
