can they put me to sleep with thyroid biopsy
can they put me to sleep with thyroid biopsy. i have anxiety issues and would prefer to be put to sleep. is this possible.

It is not usually necessary - but talk to your doctor about the options.
I had the FNA done in August. I too suffer anxiety attacks, but this was really a walk in the park. My endo sprayed my neck the then stuck the needle in. There was some discomfort and mild pain, but not as bad as I imagined it.
