Doctor.......I am so puzzled. Had RAI a few years back. Am now fat, lazy, without ambition or motivation. What has happened to me? I was such a go-getter, organized and active. I am in a self-loathing frame of mind. Should I have gone to this final solution with the RAI. What can I do about my present state? All the tests are normal, even testosterone.
