swelling above my right chest ,shoulder and leg feet

I remove my thyroid two years beacuse I had hushemouta desase.Now I am been caughing more than 8 month  having swelling  feet leg more the year  and now above my right chest and shoulder.I went to the doctor he did all kind of test say  they found I had high blood prusher dibetic  asthma but I am not feel good at all my my cought get worset and my blood test show rdw high(15.5) mcv low (76.8) mch low (25.6) what's that means what's going wrong with me.

Maybe test your B 12.

You should have the thyroid levels tested to make sure the replacement dose of your thyroid medication is okay.  The high RDW and low MCV suggest iron deficiency.  Work with your doctor to get to the bottom of all this.
