undiagnosed symptoms

Hello, this may not be a thyroid question but I was hoping I could extract some of your expertise in endocrinology.  I've been experiencing symptoms which including early heartbeats, depersonalization syndrome with panic attacks, and a stong and distinct feeling of butterflies in my stomach for no reason.  I'm often left with a bad headache after a severe period of symptoms.   I have never been a weak person, in fact I got a pilots lisence at 18 and used it regularly up until a few years ago...point is those require yearly medical exams and I was fine.   Never been a big doctor person either.      It seems like that anything which brings up my adreneline or metabolism makes my symptoms distictly worse.    I think I finally realized this after exercising the other day,  my dersonalization became severe hours later, as I was laying in my bed I felt intense butterflies in my stomach that makes the DP worse, and my stomach violently contracted and I regurgitated my food into my mouth.       When I exercise, I'll be in a worse state of mind the rest of the day,  quite the opposite of what you'd expect.    This is probalby why I subconsciously went many months of being very inactive and indeed I felt much better during this time,   but it made me gain alot of weight.  What can I do,  I have had all the usual blood tests including thryroid, liver chemistry,  CBC, CMP,   stress test, echo,  brain MRI, cortisol spot check in the ER (late evening).     Any ideas on this?

What struck me as odd in your description as compared to the usual complaints related to thyroid and endocrinology, was the use of the words "depersonalization syndrome".  I believe it is associated with some sort of head trauma.  So, I am assuming that that is the case here.  If so, "early heartbeats, depersonalization syndrome with panic attacks, and a strong and distinct feeling of butterflies in my stomach for no reason...exercise aggravated... with a bad headache after a severe period of symptoms" can also be aura sensations associated with a neurological problem.  You need to consider that I am being totally an armchair diagnostician here, so take my suggestions with that in mind, as I easily could be completely off base with this.  However, I have had some personal experience with the following two health issues and know that they can manifest themselves in strange and unusual ways.  The two things are: one of the migraine syndromes or even simple partial lobe seizures.   For the latter, an MRI might not show anything, but and EEG should show unusual brain waves if it is SPLS .  You could look each of them up on the internet and see if you think there's enough of a possibility to run them by your doctor. I wish you the best of luck as getting the right diagnosis sometimes is very tough.

Also have thyroid checked and do your research on this. Thyroid and adrenals go hand in hand. Research the thyroid it causes allmost everything

Would see an endo to make sure there is not an adrenal problem, but this could be an over-excited involuntary nervous system.
