25 mcg Synthroid longterm?

I understand that this is considered a "nondose" by many MD's but I had low levels:
Thyroxine: 5.3 (5.6-11)
TSH: 2.78 (.4-4.44) normal

After two months on 25 mcg of Synthroid my levels were as follows:
TSH: 2.44 (.4-4.44) normal
Free T4 .8 (.8-2.20)

Then I got sick with mono and lost 25 lb's! My most recent labs showed:
TSH: 1.74 (.4-4.44)
Still waiting on: Free T4, Free T3, Ferritin, B12, D.
But in the mean time I'm starting to feel normal/borerline hyper, they tried raising my dose twice in the past as I stated in another post and I felt completely ill/hyperT, and I am wondering if with the drastic weight loss could my thyroid be functioning better or could such a low dose actually be all I need for now despite that being a fairly abnormal treatment dose by everyones standards? I had all of the telltale signs of hypothyroidism and as my levels raise they are all going away one by one, I just can't find anybody else that is on a longterm dose of just 25 mcg.

UPDATE:
Labs are back.

Free T4: 1.0 (.78-2.19)
Free T3: 4.17 (2.77-5.27)
Ferritin: 168 (17.9-464)
Folate: >20.0 H (2.8-20)
Vitamin B12: 992 H (239-931)

Is it normal to have a lowish T4 and highish T3?
Hight Folate and B12?
I'm wondering if I even need to be on Sythroid.
