Your thyroid function panel is normal including normal free and total levels -- making a binding problem unlikely.
This is not central hypothyroidism.
To complete the thyroid evaluation, would obtain antibodies (TPO & TG) -- if normal - would look beyond the thyroid. If positive, there is a slight chance thyroid treatment would help.
