Help! FNA Results...what do they mean?

This FNA was ordered by a neurologist because it was found incidentally after an injury. 3 nodules. The one biopsied is a very large 33mmx17mmx17mm in my left lobe...results are as follows
solid Nodule
Abundant follicular epithelium, macrophages, blood, colloid, acute inflammation, and Hurthle Cells present consistent with benign follicular nodule including adenomatoid nodule, colloid nodule etc.

what?? I'm confused more than ever because doc sent me on my way, results in hand, no instructions, no direction really. I do know the big one is pressing on stuff and causing discomfort but what now? PS I have had post stage 3 lyme auto immune symptoms for many years and no answers. Do I go see an endo now? Or is this 'normal' like i have been told.

My thyroid function TSH, Free T4, and Total 3T came back low as well as below normal parathyroid hormone, an ultrasound was ordered and now there are 5 nodules, 3 of which completely consume the left thyroid, trachea stenosis (very uncomfortable). Isthmus nodule has grown in diameter to 8mm. In addition my protein remains below normal, vitamin D is way below normal, below normal kidney function and I have advanced bone degeneration. (I am 43 and very active) I finally got in to see an endo who said among other surprising things 'repeat ultrasound in 8-12 months we'll see what grows', 'below normal parathyroid levels are incidental', 'riding horses as 43 doesn't fell the same as at 23' I left his office with absolutely no treatment, no answers, no plan...but hey...he did get a copay...at least one of us was happy.

This is a benign biopsy result.  Would see an endo for f/u on the nodule (usually 6 month ultrasound unless symptoms increase in interim)
