low TSH

I have a TSH of 1.33 I am tired and fall asleep when I sit down. I have a feeling of the ground being squishy often. I sleep well at night.  I have gained 10 lbs in last 7 month. Is my TSH score low for me?

I have been having problems with my thyroid for years.  I have prescribed lexapro and was told I had fibromyalgia.  I had seen a rheumatoidologist and although my levels are low they are within normal limits.  I was told that the risk don't outway the benefits.  I have had symptoms of thinning hair, vision changes, a feeling of always being tired and hardly ever feeling I had enough sleep, weight gain, B12 definiency, hives that affect my arms, hands, legs, neck and face when I'm out in cold weather such as 50 degrees or less.  I also have recently developed sleep apnea due to my weight and possibly a loss of muscle tone from the hypothyroidism I believe I have.  I  have a family history of hypothroidism my mother and sister were diagnosed and take medication for their hypothyroidism.  My question is wouldn't it be better to take a T3 and T4 supplement to improve my health.  I probable wouldn't need the lexapro and would probably reverse the OSA and decrease my risks of heart disease and increased obesity.  Do do know of any Doctors that treat patients in the Syracuse New York area with a low but within normal thyroid level?

your TSH is normal so it is not likely your thyroid.

When was this lab work done? Did they test any T4 or T3 ? Any other lab work done, B12, Vit D, Potassium, Calcium? Are fatigue and weight gain the only symtoms?

A TSH level of 1.33 is actually pretty good. Opitmal levels that should be used by labs are .3-3.5, but not all use those.

Now, not everyone feels good at that level for everyone is different. What did your doctor say? If you continue to have these symtoms I would go back to the doctor again, it could be something else going on with you.
