22 mm mass found in left thyroid in cspine MRI
Would a mass of this size cause symptoms? I have lost a little weight, have been dizzy, some numbness in various areas of left body. Also have some c-4-5 bone spurs with mass effect on spinal canal.

Not likely that a 22mm thyroid nodule would cause symptoms.
Would do TSH blood test and thyroid ultrasound.
Likely FNA biopsy is needed to prove this is benign.

Thanks so much for your answer. That is being done this week. I had thought I was coming down with a little cold over the last few days and I do feel something in my throat. Could I feel this size of a mass in my throat?
