Confusing thyroid test

Hello,
I have been loosing massive amount of hair over the last to months, I'm exhausted and overall i just don't feel like myself.
My doc did some blood work and told me these results are normal. Im not so sure ( thank you Google).
FT4 17.6 pmol/l , TSH 4.2 mlU/l ( keep in my the new guidelines for what is normal ), anti TSH 0.9 IU/I
Am I going crazy and overreacting?
Thank you !!!!!!!

in most cases there would be no benefit from treatment with these levels but rechecking TSH along with TPO antibody may be reasonable
