Does this look like I have cancer

Experiencing sensitivity to cold, fatigue, ringing in ears and general achiness, have dry skin which I noticed after doc appointment.  thyroid was said to be slightly enlarged and ran all the blood work up on me.  Blood work was in range.  My TSH is 1.916.  Went for an ultra sound.  Insurance ended and I have scary results

Findings:  Slightly enlarged right thyroid lobe of 5.2 x 1.6 x 1.3 cm.  The left lobe is within normal of 4 x 1.6 x 1.1 cm.  Small, complex cysts are noted within the right thyroids lobe, in the lower pole measures 7 x 5 x 4 mm, with large focus of calcification.  No internal vascularity.  Additional, smaller cystic structure noted in the middle pole measures 5 x 5 x 4 mm, with minimal internal echoes could represent debris of colloid cyst.  Further more in the upper pole, complex cystic nodule of 6 x 7 x 4 mm with internal focus of calcification observed.  Doppler interrogation employed and revealed no internal vascularity appreciated.  The isthmus is within normal, measuring 3.7 mm.  Homogeneous echo texture of the left thyroid lobe.

Impression: Slightly enlarged right thyroid lobe, with multiple cystic foci, probably represent colloid cyst, the largest in the lower pole with internal calcification.  Consider follow up in 6-12 months. Correlate with Thyroid function test.

My questions.  I read that cystic nodules are the most likely to have cancer.  So why is the recommendation that I just follow up in 6-12 months?   I have read women say they felt their best with TSH levels of 1 to 1.5, could I have Hypothyroid with the levels just not going over the range?  Had a baby 9 weeks ago is this related?  This is putting my anxiety level over the top.  What does the above report mean in a nutshell in layman's  terms.  Is there anything I can do naturally to help my thyroid and health now?

Could I have Wilsons Temp Syndrom?  Temp always 97 range

Sorry so many questions, thank you so much in advance.

The TSH of 1.9 is normal -- no evidence to support that lowering it to 1-1.5 would help.  Could test thyroid antibodies, particularly in the post-partum stage here, but at this point it looks like thyroid function is okay.

The cysts are not usually cancer.  All the areas were small and we usually do FNA biopsy at >10mm (1cm) -- a 6 month US f/u would be the norm.

A few other things.  I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia after my 2nd child who is now 4, they never did TSH testing, and I am wondering if it was really thyroid issues with her.  Also I have irritable bowel, and I am usually for the most part have the diarrhea side of it, and now I am regular for the first time in a while and I am wondering if that is because the Hypo is slowing me down.  Also, I am becoming increasingly nervous the more I read that I have hurt my baby that is 10 weeks old if I had thyroid issues when I was pregnant as I always had a low temp and lower than usual blood pressure. Like it would range from 100/60 or lower at times.  Still is rather lower than what it use to be.  Sorry so long, just thought of these things as I read more and I wanted to get it all into one question.

Thanks in advance
