Exhausted all the time!

I just got a copy of my labs and have a doctor's appt on monday.  My TSH was .165 with a normal range of .40-4.5.  I am so exhausted all the time and if I have a long day I can hardly get out of bed and do anything the next day.  If I eat something it seems to boost my enegy but then I fall back into exhaustion a few hours later.  I have all the other syptoms including freezing in a house that is 80 degrees and short memory loss and lack of motivation.  My doctor switched me off natural thyroid which I was doing very well on to synthroid.about a year ago.  He was suppose to check my levels in 6 months but they just renewed my prescriptions last december without any blood work.  I am thinking of going to a specialist and quit seeing this doctor for my thyroid.  I am also very concerned about my T3 being that low.  I think it is obvious that my T4 does not convert well into T3.  My T4 is 1.3, with a range of .8 to 1.8          Any suggestions?

TSH goal, in general is 0.5 (or 0.3 depending on lab) to 2.5 (or 2.0 depending on situation).

Dr. Lupo, My last tsh is below 1.0. (t3 mid range)

My doctor is not reducing generic levothyroxine 112 because I have no symptoms of being over medicated. In fact - my symptom is mainly complete exhaustion - as described above.

Doesn't too much levo caused hyperthyroidism and nervousness and racing heart etc etc. I am growing into my couch!

I am confused - Please Help.

The TSH is a bit low, meaning your dose should decrease a bit.
Sometimes adding a small dose of 5mcg of cytomel can help but the T4 dose needs to be decreased.
