Fatigue disorders

I was a triathlete when I became overwhelmingly lethargic, 21 years later still the same. It began with Glandular Fever then Hashimoto's Thyroiditis together with Neurally Mediated Orthostatic Hypotension and finally Narcolepsy. 100mg Oroxine, and Modafinil. I am happy to lie down and sleep and would have relief in never waking up.

Any suggestions would be great.

would also test am cortisol to exclude adrenal insufficiency -- if <11 then ACTH stimulation test may be needed.

From a thyroid standpoint would recommend looking at TSH, T4 and T3 and make certain these are in the normal range on your current medications.
