thyroid and symptoms

okay a little about me. i was dx with hypo last year with my level being 159 after 3 hospital trips to find out what was wrong with me. the first trip was cuz my heart stared to race and i couldnt breathe. 2nd was a weird feeling of falling over and dying at any minute and 3rd i started to breathe like i had just run a marathon.i'am 27 never been sick before untill my first trip to the erand since then it has been all downhill currently iam on 125mgg of levoxyle but still have really bad bouts of heart burn my left shoulder and elbow just about always hurt and then ther is the spasms in weird parts of my body like under my ribs along my temple. and i,am still having little bouts of my heart racing not high just a little above normal maybe 102-116. they ran 3 ekgs two heart scans and never found anything said my heart was fit as a fiddle. and my dc isn't concerned she says it will al even  out sooner or later but it still makes me nervous and scared to do anything like go on rollercoasters. has anyone here ever had asimilar problem

What is your TSH level now. If your TSH is still high you would still be symptomatic. My TSH got up to 89 this summer & I could hardly move. I had muscle spasms all over the place-in the weirdest places like under my arm or over my shoulder blade & across my chest. I also had extreme weakness in my limbs with any exertion.
Your heart rate puzzles me though. Usually when you are hypo, the heart rate is very slow, like 50 or under. Maybe your's went so low it caused an excellerated rythm?
Are you getting your labs checked regularly?

I have had the exact type symptoms as well.  Once in a while I feel as if someone is behind me pushing me off balance.  Why does this happen?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
You do have HYPOthyroidism - would keep the TSH between 0.5-2.0 on the levoxyl so if you have not had a recent test that would be the first step.  Over-treatment with any thyroid hormone (including levoxyl) can cause heart-racing -- check that first, if the TSH is in range then it is unlikely related to the thryoid.  If the TSH is lower than 0.5 then it could aggravate the heart.
