Help with thyroid problem

I am very confused by my test results and am having trouble getting an appointment with an endocrinologist (they are booked for months!).  I would really appreciate some input.  Here are my test results:

T4 .93 ng/dL (.61-1.76)
TSI 212% (0-129)
TSH .024 uIU/ML (.350-5.5)
Antithyroglobulin Ab 407 IU/mL (0-40)
Estrodiol 216 pg/mL (19-183)

I have gained weight and am so tired I can barely stay awake at work.  I'm afraid I am going to lose my job (which I LOVE).  I have always been a cold natured person and have always had a very low basal temperature.  I have also experienced infertility over the past year.  I am also having trouble concentrating and am having "brain fog."  My mom and aunt have hypothyroidism.  Any ideas?  My general practitioner said I may have Graves disease or thyroiditis.  Are there any natural remedies I can try until I can get in with a doctor?  Thanks so much!

I have some new info:
T3 is 2.8 (2.3-4.2)

My T3 and T4 both appear to be low/normal, but my doctor said I am hyperthyroid and put me on a low dose of PTU.  Is that because my TSH is so low?  I'm really confused because I thought that PTU would make my T3 and T4 lower.  Won't that make my hypothyroid?  I started the PTU three days ago, and my chest feels tight, and I'm having numbness in my arms and legs.  Is this normal?

you have Graves disease based on these labs -- would urge primary to ask endo to triage this to a sooner appointment for evaluation and treatment.  There are no natural remedies and DON'T take iodine (often marked as a "thyroid support".) in this situation.

Thanks for the suggestions.  My gen. prac. retested to make sure the tests were correct, and they were.  I am not on any medications.  Unfortunately, I don't have any of the other test results you all mentioned.

Low levels might suggest non-thyroid conditions as adrenal fatigue, hormonal imbalance, allergies, yeast, cushings syndrome, prescription drugs such as corticosteroids, prednisone or dopamine, or hypothyroid due to low pituitary function (F/T-3 would distinguish this), or mild subclinical hyperthyroidism (F/T-3 would distinguish this as well).  Some of these issues can interfere with thyroid levels and would need to be treated and corrected, then thyroid revisited.
High TSI does suggest Graves', however, high Antithyroglobulin Ab suggest Hashi (low levels are seen in Graves'). You might be both Graves' and Hashi.(?)
Can your general practitioner get you in to see an Endo. sooner. What about traveling a little further to see an Endo. not so booked, you might only need a visit or two. If any more treatments needed could possibly be done over the phone or through your general practitioner with the guidance of the Endo. if necessary.  I have heard where patients have traveled out of state to seen Endo. for first consultation and thereafter was done over the phone.  You will need to get your health treated before successful conception and health baby. Good luck!

I am new to this site so I do not know how to let you see my results, but I posted a question, my name is CRIO
I also have my resluts from the tyroid test they did, see if you also have the tests I listed on yours, specifically T3 uptake.
I went on the synthroid website and found alot of info, maybe it would help you.

Hi,

From your results it seems that you need fruther testing and treatment.  Your TSH is very low (this indicates hyperthryoid), but your T4 is only low normal, so they may want to retest to check further.  Your antibodies are high showing your thyroid is under attack.

Though good diet and exercise will help, there is not any supplements that will be sufficient and it seems like you need medical attention to start feeling better.

Given how bad you feel and your results, I think you and your GP need to find a way to get you in to see an endocrinologist as soon as possible.

Best wishes
