Hi irin86,
I have been diagnosed with Hypothyroidism since 2001 and I have 4 healthy pregnancies, so yes, you can get pregnant and have a healthy pregnancy.  Just wanted you to know that you are not alone and that there is someone out there with your similar situation.

Yes - it is very possible to have a normal pregnancy with hypothyroidism.
goal is to keep the TSH in the 0.3-2.0 range -- so looks like you are in good shape there.
The irregular periods may be due to a different problem.
You need to talk with your doctor about the cause of your hypothyroidism to determine if you need the medication long-term. The dose of ? 25mcg (0.025mg) is low so evaluating the long-term need is appropriate.
