Hypothyroidism

I had a thyroid ultrasound which revealed a small nodule. My TSH is supposedly normal. My symptoms are short term memory loss, my eyes feel like sand are in them, I am constatly tired, and the worst part is I feel like I have been run over by a semi about ten times. I do not have one muscle that doesn't hurt. I have gained 85 pounds and need help. I am severely agitated and feel like I want to jump out a window. What should I do?

T3,T4 TSH blood results are normal but thyroid scanning results shows left and right lobes of glands are relatively small in size. what does this indicate Hyperthyroid or Hypothyroid?

TSH is very normal.
Would not think any symptoms are related to thyroid.
Would recheck thyroid nodule at 6-12 month intervals but the nodule would not cause these other symptoms.

I want to add that I did have some abnormal labs done.  Most of them were Lipid panel.  Chol. (0-199) 229, LDL (0-130) 143, TG (0-149) 156, CRP (no range) 7.5, MCV (150-400) 416, ESR (0-20) 27.  My TSH (0.28-4.10) 1.45. I thought that this information might help the Doctor.
