Joint and Muscle Pain

I had a total thyroidectomy one year ago for a non cancer large multi-nodular goiter.  I have never felt really great.  I am currently on 100mg synthroid.  my labs are running a little high at the moment:

TSH 0.26
T4 15.5
T3 Free 2.56
T4 Free 1.26

I am having a lot of joint pain and muscle tightness and pain.  Can I be running too high.  It is primarily my wrist, hands and arms.  It is a new symptom in the last 2 weeks.   I generally feel yuck and not sleeping well.

Any thoughts?

Your TSH is a little low - meaning 100mcg of synthroid may be a bit too high.
The joint/muscle symptoms may be non-thyroid, especially if recent.
The only thyroid option is to consider combined T4 (synthroid) and T3 (cytomel) - in this case reducing synthroid to 75 and adding 5mcg of cytomel in the am along w/ the synthroid.
