Lower abdomen pain and can't breathe when laughing

I'm on PTU for Graves Disease and I was feeling alot better. Lately, I've noticed slight lower abdomen pains around my hips and lower back on my right and left side. It moves around but is not severe, just annoying. Also, when I laugh, I have a hard time catching my breathe. I take 2 PTU 3 times a day. I also get dizzy when I stand which had gotten better but now is back. And I've had insomnia which Rozarem and Benedryl seems to not be as effective as it once was. Are any of these signs of liver damage, my hyperthyroidism getting worse, or going hypo? My next appointment is not until end of July. Should I go in earlier?

These symptoms are not specific for liver or hypo/hyperthyroid.  The aches/pains sometimes are PTU side effects.

Sounds like you need an earlier appointment with labs for thyroid, liver and blood counts to re-evaluate the situation.

I've also developed a low appetite. If I ate half a sandwich before, now I can only eat one fourth. When I was hyperthyroid, I could eat a meal and be hungry ten minutes later. If I didn't eat every couple hours, it would drive me nuts. Now I can go hours and not feel hungry.
