Thanks. I am getting my test done later on today. I am also in the process of getting all my medical records, which should contain test results including the thyroid levels. I shall put the levels up when I find out.
It is starting to worry me as I have nearly all the symptoms of Hypothyroidism and last time I saw my doctor she said something about the levels being low.
Thank you for the help and advice!
Did you know that you are entitled to copies of your lab tests? I would suggest that you get copies and post them for Dr. Mark. Also, do as much research as you can on the different labs - maybe you're just barely in a range and the doc is watching it, but maybe you'd feel better if you were a bit higehr or lower in that particular range. You are your own best health advocate, so try to be informed, so you and your doc can make health decisions together.
Need more details to comment - usually we keep re-testing when there is a borderline abnormality and we are tring to establish a trend to see if treatment is necessary.
