low magnesium, calcium or potassium can cause some of these symptoms. If all normal and still having problems, usually neurologist would be next stop.
I believe that it may be low calcium. I had very low calcium and experienced a lot of tingling in my hands, feet, and even the tip of my nose. Especially after I had my thyroid removed, they think they may have nicked my parathyroid, which controls your calcium. I would chew a high dose of tums throughout the day to relieve the tingling. Like up to ten of them at a time. Within thirty minutes or so the tingling would stop. The tingling subsided after a couple of weeks. I also have low vitamin D, but never experinced tingling from it. Extreme fatigue, but no tingling. Best bet is to always see your doctor and let them do some bloodwork.
I meant to say that I did have a thyroid nodule in 2011 that was aspirated and benign. Recently, I was found to have low vitamin D.
