Much Needed advice

Dr.
I don't know if this falls under your category but I have been have many unexplained symptoms:
Over the past year I have had chronic bv infections, treated with flagyl for about seven months.  (now i have persistent oral thrush, hiv negative).  I have had a cystoscope for bladder trouble (thought it was ic but only trigone area was red). I have had a colonoscopy (IBS).  I have had an endoscopy and also a laproscope (endometriosis).  I am not ovulating and have a low basal body temp.  I have irregular periods.  I am now experiencing dizziness which is worse after i eat.  my hands shake, my muscles are weak ( i have fibromyalgia but this is different).  The headeaches are pretty severe.  If i squat down and get up i see black for a minute.  I am waiting for my thryoid tests to come back.  They were ok in may but since my symptoms have gotten worse they are retesting. My mom has hyper and dad has hypo.  Also, i am cold when others aren't and in the morning when i wake up it hurts to bend my fingers and my knees will be filled with fluid.  Does this sound like thyroid to you and do you know why i would keep getting oral thrush?  I have been treated many times with diflucan for vaginal yeast but the oral didn't devlop until after 7 months of flagyl, 2 steroid shots, ashtama inhlaer and bactrium treatment.  Now it won't go away with diflucan treatment.

recurrent yeast infections can be rarely seen in association with hashimoto's (common cause of hypothyroidism) but if your thyroid levels are normal, this is not likely associated.  Sometimes checking the immune system may help determine why you are prone to these infections.
