THYROID TISSUE REGROWTH

Hello Dr. Lupo,
I've been having trouble with my TSH it's been 0.03 lately so just reduced it to 75mcg. The Dr decided to take a Ultrasound  and I do have thyroid tissue growing.(you recommended that also)  I've had both thyroids taken out at different times because of large nodules. The first time they thought it might be cancer, but wasn't . Then"05 my left thyroid had nodule so they tried I-131 to shrink but it got bigger. (5.2cm cold complex nodule) had thyroidits after that. We watched for 3 years growing from 2.5cm to 5.2cm . Before I131 my TSH was 111.  So decided to remove nodule in "07. Just having problems keeping TSH stable. Should I ask for any other tests or blood work?
So, the US does show thyroid tissue growing. Should I be concern about this?? I have notice the pain in my neck and pressure in my ear again but, mainly since they did the Ultrasound. I would appreciate your input! Thank So much and have a Merry Christams!

Thank you so much!! I found a report from surgery,
noted: L. thyroid had some nodular densities.
Increasing size of the nodule itself and the fact that it is invading the remaining thyroid
some fatty tissue in the area, which was suspicious for parathyroid, which was left undisturbed.

I had a Thyrogoblin of 599.1 before I-131 does that mean anything?

Oh, I do have nodueles going up but, they say they are fatty nodules, near sternum, and some on back by spine. I guess I grow nodules! lol Would that have anything to do with the Thyroid problems? THANK YOU!!!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
1 - would keep adjusting meds to normalize TSH - this low of a TSH is concerning for functioning thyroid tissue, but may have simply been too much medication

2 - given extensive history would do CT scan of chest without contrast to evaluate for extension of goiter into chest
