High TSH and High T3 or T4

I had a couple rounds of tests.
TSH - 17.1
T3 (or T4) - 362

Second round:
TSH - 15.5
T3 (or T4) - 322

I am not sure of the T3 or T4 number.  I originally thought it was my T4 count, but it doesn't make sense it is in the hundreds.  I am confused why I have two high counts.  I have these symptoms: weight loss, restlessness, lots of bruising, dry eyes.  I am a healthy weight and 30 years old, female.  I take no medications.

Could this be a pituitary gland condition?  Could it be my thyroid?  Why would my T3 number be high?  And why would I have opposite symptoms of hypothyroid?

Would need to see the reference range for the T4/T3 to comment -- it varies from lab to lab.  Also test as Free T4 and Free T3.

It is rare to have high TSH and a true high T4 and T3 -- if that is the case then the possibilities are thyroid hormone resistance (very rare) or over-production of TSH from the pituitary (also very rare).

Most likely this is primary hypothyroidism with atypical symptoms (not as rare as the others).
