Normal test, but weird symptoms

I am a 51 yr old male, whose thyroid panel shows a tsh of .88 and my Free T4 and T3 were normal, but on the low end of the spectrum.  I have been having hot flashes where my face instantly looks as if I am sunburned and it feels like it is on fire.  I have been irritable, restless, yet tired; hungry all the time, suffered from A-fib at least once a month. Could I have hyperthyroidism, even though my results are in the low side of the normal range?  I need to find out how to proceed!  Thanks

The thyroid levels still don't explain these symptoms.  Would consider checking plasma free metanephrines to screen for the unlikely pheochromocytoma (a rare adrenaline producing tumor).  Without the irritable bowel syndrome, would pursue a medical cause before treating depression/anxiety.  Wired/tired -- means that you are tired all the time but still feel jittery -- not a medical term, but a useful summary of some patients' symptoms.

The reason why I posted it again, is because the first time somehow things like irritable bowel syndrome got added there...This is the first time I have posted and wanted you to have all the information.  This post correctly represents the myriad of my symptoms.  Do you still believe it is anxiety?  What is tired/wired???  Please help!!!
