What kind of symptoms is normal for me to be experiencing after a lobectomy?  I feel like I am in a fog. Hives, freezing, but sweating at the same time, lose track of thought in a conversation, very depressed, irritable..etc.

I got the results from my TSH.  He says they are normal.  My liver enzymes was elevated and I just got the T3 T4 and all of those done this morning.

up to 30% of post-lobectomy patients become HYPO -- test TSH and free T4 to see if this is the cause of the symptoms.
