Should I be taking Synthroid?

My bloodtest results - my T4 is 7.1, my TSH is 3.700, my Anti-Thyroid Peroxidase A is H 367, my Vitmanin D level is 35. I was told I have Hashimodos Thyroiditis, I have had nodules asperated and all have been non-canerous. I have seen 2 different doctors and they both have different options I am confused can you please solve my probelm do I need to be taking Synthroid?

You have nodular goiter and Hashi with high-normal TSH --- I often treat these with levothyroxine, but not in all cases.  It is not mandatory.  Part of the decision making hinges on a patient's symptoms and desire to take/avoid medications
