Subclinical hypothyroidim

I have hypothyroidism and the highest my tsh has been was 7.93.  It usually ranges from 2.3 to about 5.  The problem is that I feel worse on levo.  My ears ring, I get shaky, i feel HORRIBLE yet my "tsh" is in range.  I have seen 2 endos who think that me taking levo may be causing all these issues.  They tell me to stop taking it, but when I do, i go the totally opposite direction and get exhaustion and fatigue.

My t4 is always in range but tsh goes up.  I have tested positive for the antibodies.   My ears ring all the time, didnt start until i started levo.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
would keep TSH in target range 0.5-2.5 and consider a different levo brand as a trial.
The ear-ringing connection is not well documented in medical literature, may or may not be connected to thyroid problem.
