am i getting appropriate treatment?

Respected doctor,
I was suspected thyroid disorder and i did my TFT test on
1> 20th jun 012..
     .its report is T3= 126.8 ng/dl (80 - 200ng/dl); T4=8.5 (5.1-14) microg/dl and TSH 14.48 (0.27-4.20)microIU/ml
My endo prescribed me 25 microgm thyroxine tab to be taken once daily for 4 weeks and retest TFT on july
i did my second test of TFT on
2> 20th july 012
      its report is FT3= 3.44 (2.0-4.4) pg/ml; Ft4= 1.12 (0.93-1.70)ng/dl and TSH 19 (0.27-4.20)microIU/ml
i was worried and told my endo TSH is increasing despite of medicine....

My endo told me again to test TFT after 2weeks in next lab...

But i tested TFT after 1 week , on
1> 27th of july 012
      its report is fT3= 3.45 (2.02-4.43)pg/ml; fT4 is 1.16 (0.93-1.71)ng/dl and ultrasensitive hTSH= 33.09 (0.27-4.20)uIU/ml...
then i had argument with my endo and  i asked her thyroxine is causing TSH to increase more and more...
But she increased dose from 25 microgram 1 tab to 1 and half tab i.e.25microgram+12.5 microgram once daily...

is this treatment alright or i have to change my endo...please suggest me....

thanks
regards
sujita

The dose is simply too low , you need more medication . for young healthy person with a TSH like this would typically start with a full replacement dose Typically this dose is 0.7 µg per pound or 1.6 mcg/kg..
