Your FT3 seems a bit low but without normal bands, it is hard to tell. Perhaps your T4 only medication is not giving you what you need? I think you're getting too much T4 and too little T3.
The low TSH means you are over-medicated -- talk with your doctor about a lower dose.
Without reference ranges, the numbers mean little. If they are typical reference ranges, it sounds like you may be a little ove rmedicated.
What was the surgery for and how much (half or all) of the thyroid was taken out?
According to my Labs reference range your FT-4 is out of Labs range to the hyper side (high) and not low. However, levels with differ slightly from Lab to Lab.
Decreasing dose to raise TSH level might and normally will, lower FT-4 level.
You don't necessarily have to have symptoms. Symptoms are so hard to define as thyroid. Most are made up and not medically approved as thyroid symptoms, by many trials and testing of thyroid patients. .
As far as health issues would depend on the duration of the level, many, many, many years I would suspect. Short length of time should not cause any health issues. Good Luck!

I have spoken with my doctor, and yes he is saying that I need to reduse my dose, it is what i am doing right now. But I want to know how bad it is for the health to have low T4., and what kind of simptoms I can have, as everybudy are saying simptoms, simptoms. What simptoms....
