Hi, don't know if this pertains to you, but I will mention it b/c it took so long for me to find out the causes of my Vibrating body sensations/buzzing sensations and temporary paralysis.  I had an EEG done and it turns out that I have epilepsy - I have complex partial seizures and it can be controled with meds.....just thought it was interesting - maybe another avenue for you to explore.  Good luck to you - I know all this health stuff can be frustrating!

Your TSH suggest you need treatment.  Consider slowly increasing the dose again (ie to 37.5 alternating with 25 for 2 weeks, then 37.5 daily, etc until you titrate up again to 50 to 62.5.

Your symptoms may be unrelated to thyroid.  Consider checking adrenaline levels (plasma metanephrines or 24h urine collection for catecholamines/metanephrines).  Follow up with psychiatrist but ask your doctor to look for other causes -- most often none is found, but if you don't look for the rare disese, you never will diagnose it.
