Wait and see - the first 4-6 weeks may be an adjustment time for the remaining lobe to take over full responsibility for thyroid hormone. Recheck in 5-6 weeks assuming you are feeling well and not planning a pregnancy in the near future. If antibodies are positive, then the chance of avoiding medications is less.

However, if you ultimately end up on meds, be absolutely sure you have enough meds in you, especially in the first six months of pregnancy. You will probably have to increase some in the early months. I will insist my daughters, if they ever decide to give me grand children, get tested every month.
BTW, TSH level is not adequate for assessing your actual levels of thyroid hormones. Get FT3, FT4 also.
