TSH

A history of Graves.
Was on medication but haven´t been for 2 years.
10 months ago: TSH: 1,8
7 months ago:   TSH: 0,9
4 months ago:   TSH:   0,43
TOday:              TSH: 3,7

The fT3 and fT4 are always almost the same (about 5,0 and 16,5) despite the fT3 has gone slightly up.

1. Is this normal, that the TSH acts like this ? How is the typical pattern of relapse? Does TSH sometimes act some special way before relapse?
2. Does there exist any fT3/fT4 standard ratio?

The TSH is a bit high/normal -- would monitor for possible "burn-out" to hypothyroidism.
We usually don't think about t3/t4 ratios in this setting.
