I still have thyroid symptoms even on property dosage

I've had Hashimoto's thyroiditis since the early 80s. I've been on the correct amount of Levoxyl and Cytomel now for a long time, but I still have ALL the thyroid symptoms. I have horrible constipation(tested and I show slow mobility with a sitz marker test) to the point I had my colon removed, My periods are almost every two weeks(heavy) and last for 7 days with ovarian cysts, totally dry skin to the point I break skin when itching, dry thin hair, body aches that I've been told is fibromyalgia. Depression and Anxiety, but then who wouldn't with these problems. I can't concentrate very well and have little energy.  Weight which is too high at 220lbs while being 5 ft 6 in. Someone told me to try iodine to see if it made me feel better since that can be a cause of thyroid disease, but when I took Kelp tablets, my neck hurt so bad and I discontinued after taking just 3 times. I feel something else is missing. I've been to my regular doctor and an Endo which all say my thyroid is totally in normal range and they have even put me in the higher part of the range and these symptoms haven't gotten any better. I am so desperate for some advice that might lead me to feeling better.

Well, what could it be then if it's not the thyroid? These are all thyroid symptoms I'm having. My blood work shows I shouldn't have a problem with my adrenals either.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
The symptoms of hypothyroidism are non-specific so "fine-tuning" the dose may have no effect as it may not be the thyroid.  Sometimes a combination of T4/T3 therapy can help but in my experience it's only about 15% of patients.
