TSH is normal 2.64 and T4 free is 0.60 . Can I still have thyroid problem?

MY SYMPTOMS ARE EXCESSIVE TIREDNESS, EVEN AFTER SLEEPING ALL NIGHT. COULD ACTUALLY SLEEP MOST OF THE DAY TOO. NO ENERGY, VERY DRY, FLAKING, ITCHING SKIN . VERY DRY HAIR. I AM HAVING MENSTRUAL ABNORMALITIES I HAVE NEVER HAD BEFORE SUCH AS , LIGHT BLEEDING SPORADICALLY THROUGHOUT THE MONTH ALONG WITH A REGULAR PERIOD .  VERY LOW SEX DRIVE. NIGHT SWEATS. INTERMITTENT HYPOGLYCEMIC EPISODES ALSO. WEIGHT GAIN OF 10 POUNDS IN PAST YR, OF COURSE IT COULD BE BECAUSE I HAVE NO ENERGY HA HA.

This could be thyroid -- would repeat TSH, FT4 (and FT3) but more importantly check thyroid antibodies -- if all still normal, doubt it's thyroid.

Please don't type in caps.  In cyber world caps. means you are shouting! Plus it is very hard to read for us who have eye problems - very hard on the eyes!  Thank You!

Are you taking thyroid hormone replacement? In other words, have you been diagnosed  and treated with (hypo)thyroid.

Need FT-3 level, taken same time as TSH and FT-4, with your Labs reference range, before comments.

Many health issues share thyroid symptoms.  Adrenal fatigue symptoms are very close to those of thyroid symptoms.  Normal healthy women gain weight, and most weight gain is caused by mental or physical stress, other than over eating. Stress can cause all sorts of issues, as well as the one you posted.

Need more info.
