Is this a Thyroid issue?

Hi, am 20 years old. Please forgive the long write up , i had to put up all my symptoms so that a doctor can give an appropriate suggestion.
1 month ago, i was put on Inderal ( 10 mg) for anxiety.3 days on , i started having a tight feeling in my neck.It wasn't painful but was more like something touching my neck all the time, like holding my neck with my hand. The feeling would be absent in the day , but gradually increase towards the night . No visible lumps or swelling in my throat.i had a taken a couple of TSH tests ,in august and september (10 days before the symptoms started ).The latter of which was 1.88 ( 0.3 - 5.0) . I was put on  on meds for throat infection. In the one week course , the symptoms almost vanished. but a few days later, they started coming back. but not daily like earlier. i used to have the feeling on somedays and never on others . after a week or so it gradually faded away. i've had a cold for the past 4 days, with a fever on the 1st day after which, the throat tightness returned. Even when my neck is not stretched , it feels like its stretched. with occasional tremors in my hands and twitches i nthe neck and temples . when i tried to sleep this morning, i felt a fluttering (like moving) in my throat, with mild choking for 30 min or so and couldnt sleep properly.for the rest of the day, it was fine and i could sleep soundly.i could feel a something behind my adam's apple ( only when neck stretched ) that moved to one side when i pressed it hard ( probably the cartilage there, but it did worry me a bit thinking it was a tumor) .No difficulty in swallowing food, nor any significant weight change( i was 50 on july 26, around 48 by september, ( normal with hostel food and life, not changed much since then) . The tightness isnt painful , but feeling  like i am being choked ( my breathing remains normal though ) . blood test for Ca, iron, Cu  etc in september, all normal except ceruloplasmin ( 15.3 for min >20 ).
    Thanks !

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
The TSH is completely normal but that does not exclude goiter or nodule.
The throat symptoms may be acid reflux (even without classic heartburn symptoms).
ENT consultation would be the next most reasonable step.
