Thyroidectomy Gone Wrong!!!!!

Nine Months ago i had a total thyroidecyomy due to 9 nodules, they find cancer.
i had my vocal cords cut and as i result one of the nerves is totally paralysed, my Endocronologist has suggested injectin fat on the nerve ??? i am in a lot of pain at all times and the inflammation is there all the time.shortness of breath also is another issue.
i am on 100mg daily of Oroxine and i have beef up  so much, i have always been a slim person 50 Kg all my life
i have regular blood test, and now my Dr has prescribed 50gm of Oroxine and 60 mg of Armour
Can somebody please let me know what will happen would i get better, is the treatment of fat injections work? what is the treatment call?

Propping up the vocal cord with a fat injection is a common approach to this problem - would discuss this with an ENT who specializes in voice.

Is this treatment safe, can they use Botox? and is it a day surgery?
