TSH of 84 is very high -- would test thyroid antibodies to confirm the likely cause as Hashimoto's with HYPOthyroidism (probably what your mom has as well....).

Levothyroxine is the standard treatment.  May take 3-4 months to regulate menses.  Goal of treatment is TSH 0.5-2.5.

Likely it will be lifelong.  Acne can be related. Chance of pregnancy very good w/ consistent treatment - make sure treatment is on target before trying..  Your symptoms seem all hypothyroid.
