Very Low TSH

Just got some blood work and an ultra sound done.  My TSH is .0006 and the ultra sound states
"increased vascularity of the thyroid diffusely. then gives left lobe 4.1x1.5x1.2 right lobe 4.3x1.6x1.4. They say it might be due to Graves' disease, but is not specific. what does this mean and why is the TSH so low.  I've been reading and no one seems to have it this low.  I am suppose to have an appointment with an endocrinologist, but don't know when.

This is most likely Graves' disease -- a TSI blood test or an I-123 uptake (nuclear medicine test) could help confirm this.  Less likely would this be a transient thyroiditis (inflammation) causing hyperthyroidism.  A TSH this low is common in hyperthyroidism -- also need to know T4 and T3 levels and ask your primary doctor about whether a beta-blocker to slow the heart-rate is necessary while you are undergoing evaluation.

Thank you for answering me.  I had a real bad spell, went to doc and got the beta-blocker. It does help.  I didn't know how bad the heart beating was, I thought it was just normal.  He sent me to a specialist and had some more tests done.
Here are the results:
T4 2.09 T3 2.32 TSH Receptor AB 14.91.
