Very high TSH

Had test completed.  I know I have hypothroid but am unsure what levels are telling me.  They are:

Throxine (T4): <0.5
T3 Uptake : 21
Free thyroxine index <.1
TSH : 103.045

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

TSH relates to whether a person  is hypo or hyper-thyroid and is the determing factor.  High level  is hypo -  low level  is hyper.  
Your level is high.

A total or Free T-4 (F/T-4) tells whether the thyroid is preforming properly
Low level is hypo - high level is hyper
Your level is low.

There was no Total or Free T-3 done.

T4 and Uptake confirms, in your case both being low, confirms the TSH level as hypothyroidism. However, T3 Uptake does not measure the level of T3 or T4 in serum.

FTI low, is seen in hypothyroidism.

My TSH level is 43.6 my T4 is normal bt my T3 is low 3.2. I am getting hot nd cold and have lost weight. Can u please tell me why its like this

So what happened as my TSH is 92.99 but I am have signs of Hyperthyoid. My vision is so blurry, I have major hot flashes and contantly hot. (usually I am cold) My T3 and T4 are within normal range, i have no period now for 2 months. Weird. Can a person be Hypo with Hyper symptoms?

This is a severe hypothyroidism -- the TSH is a signal from the pituitary (brain) and the increase is a sign that the brain is trying to tell the thyroid to make more thyroid hormone, but obviously the thryoid is not able to....(low T4, etc)..
