What could be the reason for this?
What could be the reason for having a low normal total T3 despite being on 100 mcg T4 and 20 mcg T3 daily which gives me a TSH of 0?

You are on too much medication. The T3 medication is short acting so measuring the T3 level is sometimes misleading. The low TSH means too much medication overall.
Diet?
If consuming sucralose or splenda or aspartame get of it and see what happens. Check labels cause it is in everything.
