What supplements can I take?

I have been on synthroid for about 11 years.  January 2007 my TSH hit .01, the doctor decreased my dose to .125 from .150.  I immediately shot up to 2.7.  Convinced the doctor to increase my dose to .137.  Last test result was .21.
I found a doctor that will switch me to Armour, as weight gain is a huge concern of mine.  Every time I get a dose adjustment, I had 25 lbs to my frame and my period returns for one week (otherwise I have no periods).  I have read that B6, Folic Acid and B12 are advantageous when a person is hypo.  Is this correct?  Also, what about Metabolic Advantage Thyroid Formula?  I also have a 10.8 calcium level, but the parathyroid tests have all been normal.  Will it effect my levels by taking supplements/

Thank you for your time

The high calcium may need further evaluation -- if the PTH is normal but >30 then it is inappropriately normal and likely primary hyperparathyroidism.

Armour is not a weight loss medication.  It is important to avoid hyperthyroidism with any thyroid medication, so would continue to monitor TSH.  The B vitamins may help, won't hurt.  No good data on the MATF - in general, would not recommend any "thyroid supplements" without carefully reviewing ingredients with your doctor.
