What's normal?

I received my test results and have an appointment with an endocrinologist but I would like a little clarification of my test results. I was told the antibody test was high ( I think it was the Antithyroid peroxidase antibody) These are my results.  What is condsidered normal?
T3 2.9
T4 8.3
TSH 4.28
Antibodies 1000
